Imagine going to the beach with the family. You have HAL, your wife has her Swordfish Net 10 Netbook with WiFi, Your Daughter has her H4 Smartphone with WiFi.  You get settled in and head out to enjoy some of the surf, then return to settle down with HAL to do some other kind of Surfing. INTERNET SURFING.  You boot up HAL and begin looking for a WiFi Connection.  No luck, nothing in range, so you simply activate the 3G connection and your off and surfing.  But your wife and daughter are not as lucky.  They do not have the 3G card, you do!!! Uh OH. What Now.  15 minutes each with the connection?  What a Pain
